This website (gracekellermeier.com) is the campaign site of Grace Kellermeier for Volusia County School Board, District 3 ("the Campaign"). It is operated on the Campaign's behalf by DALMA LLC ("the Platform"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you sign a pledge, request voting information, join, or volunteer, we collect what you enter: name, email address, ZIP code, optional phone number, and any comments or preferences you provide.

Public records. Like most campaigns, we use Florida voter registration data, which is a public record under Florida law, to reach voters in Volusia County.

Technical data. Standard server logs and analytics (page views, referrers, approximate location from IP) that help us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To send campaign updates and voting information, coordinate volunteers, and measure what's working. We contact you by email, phone, or text message — text messages only as described below.

Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number on one of our forms you agree to receive recurring campaign text messages from Grace Kellermeier for Volusia County School Board, District 3 ("Campaign Alerts"). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of signing a pledge or volunteering.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and its communications (hosting, email, text-message, and telephone delivery, payment processing, and analytics), who may use it solely to provide those services — and where disclosure is required by law or campaign-finance regulation.

Your choices

Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email drkellermeier@gmail.com.

Retention & security

We keep supporter information for the duration of the campaign and as required by Florida campaign-finance law, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, least-privilege access).

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
